The wood that built America!
Antique Heart
Pine flooring
Our client purchased an entire cotton gin in Galveston, Texas so that she
could use the antique heart pine as flooring in her home. After the
home was completed, a surplus of 35,000 sq.ft. of flooring remained. The planks,
in random lengths from 4 to 12 feet long, are 103 years old and are 3/4 inch
after remilling.
This wood is from the great timber stands of the 1700s and 1800s, the
same wood that graced the beautiful old homes of America and is no longer
available today.
